Our goal is to provide maintenance services including painting, light carpentry, landscaping, repair, and snow removal duties to a 123 unit condominium complex located in historic Dennis, MA.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as light carpentry, painting, and landscapping - Identify potential issues and bring them to the supervisor's attention in order to have them addressed in a timely manner - Respond to maintenance requests from owners and address any concerns or issues promptly - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment - Provide excellent customer service to owners and address their maintenance needs effectively Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance and landscapping - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work cooperatively as well as completing tasks independently Note:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
