84 an hour 13 days ago 13 days ago 13 days ago PRINCIPAL OFFICE ASSISTANT - DENNIS PUBLIC LIBRARY The Town of Dennis seeks qualified applicants for the full-time position (35 hours) of Principal Office Assistant for the Dennis Public Library.
The Principal Office Assistant is responsible for a wide range of clerical support services that assist in the day to day administrative operation of a department.
Duties include, but not limited, to processing of accounts payable and payroll for the department, assisting with budgetary planning, performing a wide variety of clerical duties, coordinating the usage of public meeting room and assisting with the functions of the circulation desk.
Requirements:
Associates degree with 1 -3 years of related work experience or any equivalent combination education, training and experience, excellent computer skills and able to work effectively in busy office with basic supervision; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
Range of pay:
$22.
90 - $23.
84/hour with full benefit package.
